Where will you be working
Wagenhof Taxaties is an independent, NRVT-registered GZV appraiser specializing in commercial real estate. We are active throughout the Netherlands and provide certified appraisal reports for financing, refinancing, purchase and sale, and investment decisions, among other things.

As part of Wagenhof—a broader real estate organization—we combine in-depth valuation expertise with broad market knowledge. Professionalism, reliability, and clear communication are central to this.

What will you be doing?
All types of real estate are appraised. We work for various clients, such as the government, investors, banks, and insurance companies. The work and assignments include appraisals for regular and periodic valuations, purchases or sales, and appraisals for financing.

Who are you?
We are looking for a professional who naturally has an affinity with real estate. You are registered as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser (BV) with the NRVT. In addition, you are a real team player, have a sense of humor, and easily connect with others. You effortlessly use your excellent social skills to further expand your network. You also respond to market developments and contribute to the further professionalization of the Department.

You also have:

• You are registered with the NRVT Commercial Real Estate Register (GZV is a plus).
• You have demonstrable experience in real estate;
• You are able to perform appraisals independently;
• You have numerical insight;
• Commercial drive, entrepreneurial and driven personality;
• Customer-focused, accurate, and able to handle stress;
• You have the goodwill factor, are tactical and decisive, presentable, and have good communication skills;
• Preferably residing in the Wagenhof working area (Greater Amsterdam);
