Wagenhof Vastgoedbeheer takes care of preparing and collecting digital rent invoices, as well as monitoring rent arrears and annually indexing the rent according to CPI/CBS. In case of rent arrears, our legal department will initiate a collection process. So the property owner does not have to worry about the entire financial process. And he is assured of a good follow-up regarding the income flow and control of the cost items.
